Delete Account
How to permanently delete your Sipmate account
This action is permanent
Deleting your account will permanently remove all your data. This action cannot be undone.
What Gets Deleted
When you delete your Sipmate account, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Your account - Your profile, email, and login credentials
- All drink logs - Every drink you've ever logged in the app
- Photos - All photos attached to your drink entries
- Statistics - Your streaks, patterns, and historical data
- Achievements - All unlocked achievements and progress
- Preferences - Your daily limit and app settings
How to Delete Your Account
You can delete your account directly from the Sipmate app:
- Open Sipmate on your iPhone or iPad
- Go to the Profile tab (the person icon in the bottom navigation)
- Scroll down to find the "Delete Account" button
- Tap "Delete Account" (red button below Sign Out)
- Confirm the deletion in the confirmation dialog
Important Notes
- You must be signed in to delete your account
- The deletion process happens immediately and cannot be reversed
- Data is removed from both your device and our cloud servers
- If you want to use Sipmate again, you'll need to create a new account
