By downloading, installing, or using Sipmate ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use the App.

Sipmate is a personal drink tracking application that allows users to:

• Log and track beverage consumption
• Monitor hydration habits
• View drinking statistics and patterns
• Track sober day streaks
• Sync hydration data with Apple Health or Health Connect (optional)
• Receive personalized insights (where available)

You must be at least 18 years old to use Sipmate. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. The App may be used to track alcoholic beverages, and we do not condone underage drinking.

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of these Terms.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for any activities or actions under your account. You agree not to disclose your account credentials to any third party.

You may use the App without creating an account, but some features such as data syncing across devices will not be available.

You agree not to use the App to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code
• Use the App for any purpose that is harmful or fraudulent
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App

Sipmate is not a medical or health application. The App is designed for personal tracking purposes only and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

The insights and suggestions provided by the App are for informational purposes only. If you have concerns about your drinking habits or health, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.

We do not guarantee the accuracy of any statistics, streaks, or insights generated by the App. These are based solely on the data you provide.

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Sipmate and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App without our prior written consent.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the App, including drink logs, photos, and notes. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to store and process this data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

You are solely responsible for the content you submit and represent that you have all necessary rights to such content.

The App may integrate with third-party services including:

• Apple Health / Health Connect: For syncing hydration data (optional, with your permission)
• Authentication Providers: Apple Sign-In and Google Sign-In for account creation

Your use of these third-party services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

You may delete your account at any time through the App or by contacting us. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sipmate and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data or profits
• Personal injury or health issues
• Decisions made based on App data or insights
• Interruption of service or App unavailability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the App or by other means. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
